Attention: All cooling unit cores are required to be returned to Nordic Cooling Units (at our expense) for a valid warranty, with exception of the following cooling unit model numbers 5561, 5526, 5564, 5502, 5513, 5528, 5584, 5520.

2-Year Standard Warranty

If the purchased cooling unit fails within the first 2 years after installation, Nordic Cooling Units will replace the unit, and allow up to $100 towards replacement labor for the full two year period. The customer is responsible for freight after 60 days.

To activate your warranty, it is required that within 30 days of installation the customer fill out a Warranty Activation form, and submit it here. Receipt of the exchange core (at Nordic’s expense) is required for warranty activation with the exception of the following part numbers 5561, 5526, 5564, 5502, 5513, 5528, 5584, 5520.
