Nordic 2-Year Warranty Policy Statement

A purchased Nordic Cooling Unit is covered against manufacturing defect for two full years from the date of the original installation.  In the event of a failure due to manufacturing defect Nordic will pre-pay the freight for the replacement unit and will pay the dealer’s service department up to $250 for the removal of the failed unit and reinstallation of the replacement. (Effective Date 12/1/10)

Warranty Activation must be completed within 30 days of installation via website or by mail.

Receipt of the core (at Nordic’s expense) is also required for specified models.

To activate your warranty, it is required that within 30 days of installation the customer fill out a Warranty Activation form, and submit it here. Receipt of the exchange core (at Nordic’s expense) is required for warranty activation with the exception of the following part numbers 5561, 5526, 5564, 5502, 5513, 5528, 5584, 5520.

Warranty is non-transferable and only valid in the US and Canada.
